Accord 2012

The Accord has been styled to attract more than just a passing glance. Its sharp lines and powerful stance excite the senses from any angle.

Artful
Look closely. The Accord's form is a study in modern design.
Outside In
Wide-opening doors invite you to step inside. And the one-touch power moonroof (EX and above) couldn't be any easier.
Anything but Ordinary
No stone has been left unturned. That's because the details make all the difference. Take a look at the Accord's brilliantly finished exhaust and chrome door handles (V-6). Exquisite attention to fit and finish set the Accord apart from the average sedan.

Performance Features
Powerful, yes, but every bit as environmentally responsible and fuel-efficient[1]. And did we mention fun?
Decisions
The LX 4-door features a 2.4-liter i-VTEC® 4-cylinder with 177 hp. Plus, there's a 190-hp EX version. And a 271-hp, 3.5-liter V-6.
Legendary Performance
Accord models have always roared ahead of the curve. That's because they utilize i-VTEC® for abundant power and efficiency at all engine speeds. The V-6 features the latest generation of Honda's Variable Cylinder Management™ (VCM®) technology, which activates the engine's cylinders as needed, providing both brisk acceleration and fuel efficiency[1].
Transmissions
Choose a quick-shifting 5-speed manual transmission. Or opt for the available 5-speed automatic that features our Grade Logic Control system, which helps put an end to gear-hunting when climbing uphill or driving back down.

The Accord Sedan earned a 5-star safety rating in each combined category[1] based on the latest government testing.
5-Star Safety
The Accord Sedan earned a 5-star safety rating in each of NHTSA's combined safety rating categories[1]. And that is quite an achievement, especially since the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has established new, more stringent NCAP tests.
Control
Every Accord is designed to keep you on course and away from danger. Vehicle Stability Assist™ (VSA®)[2] helps sense oversteer or understeer in an emergency situation, and then adjusts brake pressure at each wheel and/or reduces engine power to help restore driver control and keep you on course. Standard 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes (ABS), with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), help you maintain control during hard braking. Properly inflated tires are crucial for safe operation, so the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)[3] alerts the driver when a tire's pressure reaches a significantly low level.
Protection
The Accord has been engineered to help protect you and your passengers when collisions just cannot be avoided. In-floor frame rails improve crashworthiness. And our Advanced Compatibility Engineering™ (ACE™) body structure disperses frontal crash energy over a wide area, helping reduce the forces transferred to the passenger compartment.
Airbags and More
Every Accord also features standard front, front side and side curtain airbags to help reduce the likelihood of injuries in a collision. The front side airbags employ a large two-chamber design, and the front passenger's side airbag uses the Occupant Position Detection System (OPDS) to prevent deployment if a child or small-statured passenger is out of position and in the airbag's path of deployment. And active front head restraints help reduce the likelihood of whiplash injuries in a sufficient rear impact.
Honda's Safety Philosophy
Honda is committed to providing safety for everyone—that means crash protection not only for our own drivers and passengers, but also for the occupants of other vehicles, and injury mitigation for pedestrians. We are dedicated to identifying and implementing advanced designs and features that help enhance the safety of vehicles on the road.

2014 Jaguar CX75

year:2014
price:$1-1.3 million
Displacement:1600 Cc
Engine:supercharged engine combined with 4 electric motors
Horse Power @ RPM:800 or more
Curb Weight:2976 lbs.
0-60 time:3 sec.
Top Speed:200 mph

Jaguar unveiled the C-X75 Concept car at the 2010 Paris Auto Show to show everyone that they had plenty of potential left to uncover as an automaker. And, although the concept was a huge success and served its purpose, Jaguar still needed to prove that this potential prevailed in more than just a design study. Now, under Tata’s influential arm, Jaguar is looking into building "a more accessible variation of the C-X75 concept" and will do so sometime between 2013 and 2015 with 250 units of the crazy cool production version of the C-X75. The production model will be sport-based and will be built in conjunction with the Williams F1 team.
“We were always determined that the Jaguar C-X75 would be as striking on the road as it was in concept form,” said Ian Callum, Director of Design, Jaguar Cars. “This will be the finest looking and most innovative Jaguar ever produced. Even in the world of supercars, we can still produce the most beautiful.”
The production C-X75 will still carry the four electric motors attached one to each axle, but the oh-so-cool jets mounted on the concept will be taken out and replaced with a supercharged 1.6L gasoline engine. Yes, we know the jets would have been awesome to see in a production model, but the specs for the C-X75 won’t disappoint anyone. Plus, we may still get to see the jets in a later production version since Tata owns a big stake in Bladon Jets. For now, we’ll stick to the phenomenal elements of the future C-X75.
UPDATE 10/13/2011: In an interview with TeamSpeed, Jaguar spokesperson, Kevin Goult, has offered new details about the production CX-75. It seems that the supercar will be offered in both left and right-hand-drive versions, meaning that it will be available in markets all over the world. In addition to that, the CX-75 will be highly personalized, meaning that customers will have the possibility to choose any color and interior finish.
The CX-75 will be built in cooperation with the Williams Formula 1 team, and will feature a highly powerful four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine combined with electric motors for an impressive 0 to 60 mph sprint time of 3 seconds and a top speed of 186 mph.

All New Honda ODYSSEY

Serious power and exceptional fuel economy[1]. Is this really a people mover?

Power & Efficiency
All models feature a 3.5-liter, 24-valve, SOHC i-VTEC® V-6 engine with 248 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque. Its Variable Cylinder Management™ (VCM®) allows for exceptional power and fuel economy[1] while meeting CARB's ULEV-2 emissions rating[2]. A 6-speed automatic transmission (Touring models) helps the Odyssey achieve its impressive fuel economy[1], while maintaining excellent performance for a van.
Top of the Class
28 mpg[1] is an extraordinarily high number for an 8-passenger van. To accomplish this high level of efficiency[1], the engineers needed more than just an efficient engine and transmission. Low-rolling resistance tires, a variable-displacement power-steering pump, and low-drag wheel bearings as well as an aerodynamic body all help keep the gas-station stops few and far between.

The Odyssey comes equipped with sophisticated technology that can help you avoid accidents and help protect occupants with an amazing array of safety features.

5-Star Safety
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) toughened up its crash-safety tests for 2011, and the Odyssey passed with flying colors. In fact, the Odyssey earned 5 stars in each seating position of all three crash-safety tests, as well as earning a 5-Star Overall Vehicle Score[1].
Active Safety Features
Standard active safety features include the anti-lock braking system (ABS) with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), which helps the driver retain steering control when braking hard, and Vehicle Stability Assist™ (VSA®)[2] with traction control, which helps to detect and correct oversteer and understeer.
Active front head restraints help reduce the likelihood of whiplash injuries in the event of a rear impact. The head restraints are designed to tilt forward in a fraction of a second to decrease the space between the back of the occupant's head and the head restraint.
To help you avoid accidents in the first place, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)[3] uses a warning icon that will illuminate within the gauge cluster, notifying the driver that significantly low pressure has been detected in one or more of the tires. Also, the Odyssey features up to five Lower Anchors and Tethers for CHildren (LATCH) seating positions, making the Odyssey an excellent baby mover.
Peace of Mind
If the unthinkable happens, the Odyssey helps protect its passengers with the Advanced Compatibility Engineering™ (ACE™) body structure, which is designed to absorb impacts of vehicles of various sizes in the event of front-end collisions. Front 3-point seat belts with automatic tensioning system, and front side airbags with passenger-side Occupant Position Detection System (OPDS) all help to protect you and your passengers in sufficient impacts.

The Odyssey's interior is a showcase of unprecedented technology, user-friendliness and audio-visual innovation.
Touring Elite® models come standard with the 16.2-inch Honda DVD Ultrawide Rear Entertainment System with HDMI®[1] Technology[2], so one passenger can watch a movie while the other can look at photos or videos from an HDMI-compatible camera or portable DVD player.
Honda engineers believe a sound system is only worth its wattage if music can be easily accessed and played. Courtesy of the USB Audio Interface[3] and Song By Voice® (SBV) feature, simple voice commands can access music selections from the integrated hard disk drive (HDD) or iPod®[4] by artist, playlist, genre, composer, track or album.
No matter how much fun is had in the Odyssey, cleanliness is easily maintained with the Flip-Up Trash-Bag Ring (EX and above). You can even stay aware of what’s happening in the Odyssey’s "blind spot" with the blind spot information system (BSI) (Touring Elite)[5], and FM Traffic, which is standard with the Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System™[6]. Also enhancing visibility is the multi-angle rearview camera with guidelines (with Navigation), which helps you parallel park with the utmost precision.  [1] Honda reminds you to properly secure items stored in the cargo area.

[2] The system is not a substitute for your own visual assessment before changing lanes; system accuracy will vary based on weather, size of object and speed.

[3] Hard disk drive (HDD) with 15-GB audio memory is standard on Navigation-equipped models.

[4] The Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System™ is available on EX-L models and standard on Touring models in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. (FM Traffic service only available in the United States, except Alaska). Please see your Honda dealer for details.

[5] The Bluetooth® word mark and logos are owned by the Bluetooth SIG, Inc., and any use of such marks by Honda Motor Co., Ltd., is under license.

[6] The USB Audio Interface is used for direct connection to and control of some current digital audio players and other USB devices that contain MP3, WMA or AAC music files. Some USB devices with security software and digital rights-protected files may not work. Please see your Honda dealer for details.

[7] iPod classic® is not included. iPod classic is a registered trademark of Apple Inc.

[8] HDMI, the HDMI Logo, and High-Definition Multimedia Interface are trademarks or registered trademarks of HDMI Licensing, LLC, in the United States and other countries.

[9] The Honda DVD Ultrawide Rear Entertainment System with HDMI® Technology is standard on Touring Elite® models. A separate source device is required to use split-screen function.

[10] Carrying too much cargo or improperly storing it can affect the handling, stability and operation of this vehicle. Before carrying any cargo, be sure to consult the owner's manual for load limits and loading guidelines.
